The apartment's location is excellent, right in the heart of the city. This makes it convenient for exploring the sights and attractions of Edinburgh. the staff members were quick to respond to our queries and provided prompt assistance.
There was a lack of responsiveness to phone calls, resulting in a difficult situation where my family and I were stranded on the road for over two hours. This left us feeling frustrated and let down by the customer service.

Had the whole apartment to myself. Spent quality time with the carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector, and first aid kit. Managed by a professional host. Great experience!
Loved how the dining area seats 6 people "comfortable". Guess I missed out on the comfortable seating.

The location of the apartment was excellent, with key attractions and amenities within easy reach. the staff were responsive and prompt in their communication, addressing any queries or concerns efficiently.
The cleanliness of the apartment left much to be desired. There were visible signs of mold in the bathroom, and an overall musty smell throughout the property.

During our stay, we were delighted to find that the apartment had excellent Wi-Fi, allowing our children to easily browse the web and stay entertained. The fast and reliable internet connection made it convenient for us to plan our day trips and explore the city from the comfort of our own home away from home.
My children wanted a play area or a playground near the apartment where they could have some outdoor fun.

The only good thing about my xmas stay was the key location facts. The apartment was in a central area, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the staff was prompt in their responses, which was a plus.
Cleanliness was a big issue during my stay. The bathroom had mold-like substances on the sides of the bathtub, and the whole apartment had a moldy smell.
